Couscous pot

The origin of the couscous pot backs to its ground creation composed of many small holes that were placed above a cooking pot of hot water to cook the couscous to steam. Now, couscous pots are made of aluminum or stainless steel and are composed of two parts: Low part for cooking vegetables and meat. This allows the steam creation to cook the couscous located in the upper part. High part whose base consists of small holes to let the steam pass and cook the couscous.
