Shipping and delivery

We offer a wide choice of delivery methods and you are free to choose the one suitable for your needs. For example, you can have your order delivered to your home or to your workplace. The delivery time depends on the method of shipping chosen (24h for the fastest and up to 5 days for the most economical).

 
 

 

Estimated delivery time and shipping

You can make an estimation of the delivery time and the shipping costs of your order at the cart step in the "Estimate Shipping and Tax" part. Depending on shipping methods, the delivery time may vary and the shipping costs can be fixed or variable (based on the weight of your order).

We are committed to respect the delivery dates estimated at the cart , shipping and confirmation steps. These estimated dates take into account the shipping method, the storage place and the availability. Please note that a product may be indicated as in stock on the product page but pending for replenishment at the cart step if you added a larger quantity in your cart than the total quantity we have in stock. In case of delay in delivery, we can send you a promotional code on request which can be used on your next order.

For the products which cannot be shipped within 24 hours (products pending for replenishment or products stored in a warehouse which is not managing shipments), you can contact us to get a more accurate delivery date which will take into account current suppliers orders, delivery times from another warehouse and other factors affecting the delivery date.

 

Free shipping

Free shipping depends on the country of delivery and on the shipping methods. You will find below a summary of the minimum amount of purchases to get the free shipping (by country or area delivery and by method).

  • European Union:

myHermes

  • Estimated delivery time

    For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, the Post ensures a delivery within 3 to 5 days.

    For orders shipped to France and Monaco, the Post ensures a delivery within 48 hours.

    For European Union, the delivery time is about 3 to 5 days for neighboring countries to France and 4 to 6 days for the other countries.

    For any other destination, we invite you to make an estimation which is available at the cart step or to have a look on the delivery time indicated at the shipping step at the checkout process.

  • Tracking

    For any shipment made through the IMX / myHermes, we will send you a tracking number which will allow you to track the parcel on the post website. For myHermes, you can also track the parcel on myHermes website. The myHermes tracking is available within 1 or 2 days after shipment. You can also access directly to this service by going in the "My orders" part of your account and by selecting the order you would like to track. If you do not want to connect, you can also use the Guest service to track your order.

  • Insurance

    All shipments made through IMX / myHermes service are provided with an insurance for the value of the products shipped. In order to take advantage of this insurance in case of problem, please have a look on the rules Returns & Replacements and on our Terms of sale.

  • Conditions

    For orders of more than 30kg, the shipment may be packed and shipped in several parcels. It is also possible that we change an order by selecting another carrier which can take in charge the delivery of orders over 30kg offering a service of equal or greater quality.

  • Rates

    The rate for UK is £6.90. For other country, you can estimate it at the cart step.

  • Remark

    Complaint regarding damaged products via IMX / Royal Mail service must be performed within 72 hours after the date of delivery to our customer service or to the postal services.

 

DHL

  • Estimated delivery time

    For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, DHL ensures a delivery within 1 or 2 days with the Eco service.

    For orders shipped to France and to Monaco, DHL ensures a delivery within 24 hours.

    For other destinations in Europe, the delivery is generally made within 1 or 2 days with the DHL Eco service.

    For any other destination, we invite you to use the estimate service which is available at the cart step or to have a look on the delivery time indicated at the shipping step of the checkout process.

    For any shipment made through the DHL service, we will send you a tracking number which will allow you to track the parcel on the DHL website. You can also access directly this service by going in the "My orders" part of your account and by selecting the order you would like to track.     For order shipped to Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain, Mondial Relay delivers generally the orders within 5 to 6 days.

This delivery method is used for large orders which must be sent on pallets.

  • Rates

    This shipping method is used as replacement of another shipping method in case the one selected is incompatible with the weight and / or volume of the order. There is therefore no rate defined.
