This 20cm bread kitchen knife made in Nitrum stainless steel is part of the Riviera series by Arcos and is characterized by its intelligent design which provides to this knife an important comfort of use.
The Riviera kitchen knives series is forged from a single piece of hardened, taking an exclusive and high quality steel as a starting point: NITRUM. Moreover, its serrated blade does not need to be sharpened and make it able to keep its cutting edge.
The Riviera handle is designed to adapt to the contour of the hand and, combined with the colour of the metal with its contrasting black, it gives to this bread knife a nice appearance. Manufactured from forged stainless steel and polyoxymethylene (POM), this bread knife has a really beautiful finish, is detergent resistant and has a high tolerance to wear and tear as well as resistance to high and low temperatures (from -40 to +150°C).
Use: the bread knife is perfect to cut the bread but also the brioche or the sponge cake. Its serrated blade does not required to be sharpened and permits keeping its cutting edge at any time.
