The white cutting board 60x40x2cm (24"x16"x0.7") is ideal to cut vegetables and meat. This white cutting board which is more hygienic than wood cutting boards is made of high quality polyethylene, a nonporous material. Each cutting board of different colour is used differently to avoid any contamination conforming to the H.A.C.C.P recommendation, that is, red for meat, blue for fish, white for cheese, brown for cooked meat and green for vegetables.
