This 15cm utility kitchen knife made in Nitrum stainless steel is part of the Universal series by Arcos which is characterized by its design made for an everyday use.
The Universal kitchen knives series is made in high quality steel as a starting point: NITRUM. Indeed, Nitrum is a nitrogen enriched, eco-friendly stainless steel formula. It permits to improve the hardness, to enhance the cutting power, to improve the durability and also the microstructure of all the kitchen knives.
The ergonomic and slip-resistant handle contrasts with the stainless steel colour of the blade and provides to this utility kitchen knife a firm and comfortable grip. Manufactured from stainless steel and polyoxymethylene (POM), this utility kitchen knife has a really good finish, is detergent resistant and has a high tolerance to wear and tear as well as resistance to high and low temperatures (from -40 to +150°C).
Use: with a blade length from 10cm to 28cm, the utility knife is an universal kitchen knife between a chef's knife and a paring knife in size. This kitchen knife is perfect to cut and prepare the meats but it also allows to make a lot of small tasks in the kitchen such as the vegetables preparation.
