This 15cm utility kitchen knife made in Nitrum stainless steel is part of the Maitre series by Arcos which is characterized by its design made for an everyday use.
The Maître kitchen knives series is made in high quality steel as a starting point: NITRUM. Indeed, Nitrum is a nitrogen enriched, eco-friendly stainless steel formula. It permits to improve the hardness, to enhance the cutting power, to improve the durability and also the microstructure of all the kitchen knives.
