What is distinctive about the Isen crank-driven motion?

The side crank offers a different grip from a traditional upright mill: it is held with two hands and produces a steadier grind over time. This format is particularly well-suited to preparations that need a larger volume of pepper (marinades, slow-cooked meats) without straining the wrist.

What is a flax seed mill for?
