Why an 18-level ladder trolley?

The ladder trolley is the mise en place and transport tool in professional kitchens: it vertically stores 18 GN 1/1 pans, allowing several preparations in progress, transport from one zone to another (cold to cooking, cooking to service), and significantly saving floor space compared to stacked pans. The 38 × 62 × 164 cm dimensions match the HoReCa standard.

Tritan airtight lid, what is it for?

The BPA-free tritan airtight lid seals the GN pan for cold storage: protection against cross-odours in refrigerated cabinets, condensation sealing, clean handling of sensitive preparations. Tritan is impact-resistant and more durable than standard plastic.

How to combine GN sizes?

The GN 1/1 (530 × 325 mm) is for volume storage. The GN 1/2 (see 26.5 × 32.5 cm lid) covers half the 1/1 footprint, useful for two parallel preparations in the same cabinet or bain-marie. The GN standard's logic allows free combination of fractions on the same surface.
