Details
This sharpening stone enables to give back to your knives their original sharpen edge. Spray with water the stone before each use. Always sharpen the blade by going from the handle to the tip, with a 15-20 degrees inclination between the blade and the stone.
The black side (240 grit) is used to very blunt edges sharpening.
The white side (1000 fine grit): is used to a second sharpening, to add the finishing touches.
