With a 100mm rubber gasket, the 35oz / 1000g Super terrine jars of Le Parfait are made of resistant glass, a natural material to preserve the taste. These terrine jars are ideal to store duck liver paté (foie gras), verrines, duck fat, duck steaklet, chutney, boar terrine, chicken liver and many other foods of your choice. It will be a real pleasure to taste all your terrine recipes at home as you will notice only the freshness of your dishes when you consume them. Note: This product can be sterilised. You can also use it in fermentation recipes (the rubber ring resist the acidity of the preparations). Make sure you always use these jars with a new Le Parfait rubber ring and change it after each use.
