This 8cm paring knife made in Nitrum stainless steel is part of the Colour Prof series by Arcos which is characterized by the possibility of identifying the knife upon a code colour (green, white, red, blue, brown, yellow).
The Colour Prof kitchen knives series is made in high quality steel as a starting point: NITRUM. Indeed, Nitrum is a nitrogen enriched, eco-friendly stainless steel formula. It permits to improve the hardness, to enhance the cutting power, to improve the durability and also the microstructure of all the kitchen knives.
