What is the 25 cl compact scoop used for?

The 25 cl scoop is an approximate dosing tool: it draws flour from an open bag, ice cubes from a bucket, sugar from a storage bin, or ice cream from a freezer. Its 25 cl capacity gives an indicative measure, without the precision of a measuring jug.

When do you use the 32 cm perforated scoop?

The perforated scoop is designed for broader gestures: transferring a large volume of cooked food out of a pot while draining the liquid, lifting fries from an oil bath, handling pasta or blanched vegetables. It is the large-format equivalent of a skimmer.

Food-grade plastic or stainless steel?
