The origin of the Absinthe collection

La Rochère worked with the Musée de l'Absinthe in Auvers-sur-Oise to reissue period models: a stemmed glass with a marked dose and a perforated spoon for the sugar. The set respects the codes of the absinthe ritual, in which iced water slowly flows over the sugar cube placed on the spoon.
