Details
This non-stick flexible silicone mold "12 pandoros" can be used for both sugared and salted food.
It is handy and perfectly withstands to temperatures going from -76°F to +500°F ( -60°C to +260°C), so that it can be put in the freezer, the oven, and the microwave oven.
The silicone being perfecly flexible and non-sticky, this mold enables an easy turning out and the preservation of a shape of pandoro, a typical italian christmas cake shaped like a eight-pointed star, for your dish.
It is also ideal for fat-free cooking as it doesn't need to be greased or floured.
It is machine washable, and can be arranged, piled or folded without affecting its properties.
