Which fondue size should I choose?

The 20 cl mini-format is sized for 2 people (ideal duo). The 6.5 L Mr.Big is designed for large receptions (10+ guests). Between them, Boska offers intermediate sizes (3-4 people, 4-6 people) depending on the references available on AZ boutique.

What is the Tête de Moine girolle?

The girolle is the traditional tool for Tête de Moine cheese (Swiss AOP). It cuts the cheese into fine rosettes that enhance its aromas. The Boska Life model in oak wood also works to shave chocolate into fine curls.

Are the pieces dishwasher-safe?

Ceramic and stoneware caquelons are generally dishwasher-safe (check the product page). Wooden boards and slicers and the oak girolle should be washed by hand with warm soapy water and dried immediately to preserve the wood.
