Stand or dish: which to choose?

The standing display adds vertical volume to the staging (ice-cream cones, aperitif cones). The mini-dish covers a flat presentation on a buffet table. The two combine: vertical stand for the visual peak, mini-dish for the horizontal tray.

What skewer/pick length for each amuse-bouche?

The 9 cm pick is for small amuse-bouches (olives, cheeses, beads). The 15 cm skewer holds two to three items (vegetables, meat, cheese). For classic finger food, the 15 cm is the versatile format.

How to care for bamboo accessories?

Stands and dishes rinse in warm water and dry flat immediately to avoid bamboo warping. Picks and skewers are single use: compost them after service. Check the product page for stand dishwasher compatibility.
