Welcome to our Amefa boutique, a Dutch cutlery manufacturer founded in 1931 in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands, under the name "Apeldoornsche Messenfabriek" (Apeldoorn Cutlery Factory). Established by Eugen Hollaender, the company first made its name in razor blades before shifting in the 1940s towards table cutlery. Today, the Amefa group brings together several historic European brands — including Couzon, Sabatier Trompette, Richardson Sheffield and Médard de Noblat — and ranks among the major international players in tableware.
