Since it has been created in 1991 by the oenologue Dany Rolland, the glasses of the collection Oenologue Expert of Chef&Sommelier are overwhelmingly favoured by wine professionals : their unique and harmonious shape respect the most delicate and complex wines. Initially made of crystal, the glasses of the collection Oenologue Export are now made of Kwarx®, a new high technology material created by the research center Arc International. This material allows a great resistance to shocks, an absolute transparency of the glass as well as a perfect shine, even after 2000 cycles of industrial washings. These glasses are extremely thin, with a top large of only 0.8mm. However, the glasses of this collection are among the solidest on the market. The elegance of its silhouette is the secret of successful sophisticated tables.
