Details
This white cutting board with a size of 40cm x 30cm x 1.5cm is ideal for cutting cheese or any other milky products. It is definitely more hygienic than the wooden boards as it is made in high-density polyethylene. It does not absorb any material and hence, remains odourless. This board also helps to eliminate the contamination as well as the development of bacteria.
Every color of board has a different application to avoid cross-contaminations according to the recommendations H.A.C.C.P.: red for the meat, the blue for the fish, white for the cheese, brown for the cooked meat, the green for vegetables and yellow for the poultry.
