Santoku knife (cutter)

The Japanese santoku knife is an universal Japanese chef knife that is versatile and which owns a curled and honeycombed blade. The santoku blade, generally sized in between 10cm and 20cm, allows to slice, cut up or even grind and mince the tender fleshes of raw fishes (salmon trout,...), fruits and vegetables (strawberries, oranges,...), mushrooms or even meats (beef,...).
