Nakiri knife (vegetables)
The Japanese nakiri knife is a kitchen knife which owns a beveled blade - as sharp as the deba's blade - that stands itself out by this hollow and curved shape which allows you to mince vegetables with no risk to have them sticked onto the blade. The nakiri blade of this Japanese knife - a.k.a "shovel knife" or even "spatula knife" that is both thick and dense, gives this slicer the great advantage to be used as "shovel" so as to carry minced vegetables that go straight on to the meals.
