Induction stainless steel 18/10 stock pot - Ø 28 cm

This 28cm stock pot of the series 1100 Paderno is made in stainless steel 18/10 sheen, inside and outside,  and distinguishes itself from the series 1100 by its upper mirror hooping. They will be ideal to realize any sorts of culinary preparations in big quantity.

This 28cm stock pot has besides anti-drops edges as well as of two wrists isolated which bring an ease of use and a good handling.

With a similar thickness of materials on the bottom and on the sides, this series 1100 stock pot allows a uniform distribution of the heat in the whole of the utensil.

Finally, the low part of the 28cm stock pot consists of three sheets (stainless steel / aluminum / stainless steel), kind a "sandwich" which allow it to be used on every kind of hobs, including the induction. Furthermore, its shape modifies according to the temperature. The low part is then concave when the stock pot is cold and perfectly flat when the stock pot is put in touch with a source of heat, assuring from then on a perfect conductivity.

Stainless steel and cookwares: the stainless steel is a very resistant material, whether it is for the shocks or for the heat, which assures a very good conductivity and thus a very fast ascent in temperature, but also an immediate stop of the cooking outside the fire.
