This non-stick flexible silicone mold "20 mini-panettone" can be used for both sugared and salted food.
It is handy and perfectly withstands to temperatures going from -76°F to +500°F ( -60°C to +260°C), so that it can be put in the freezer, the oven, and the microwave oven.
The silicone being perfecly flexible and non-sticky, this mold enables an easy turning out and the preservation of a panettone shape for your dish. The panettone is an italian bun with candied fruits usually enjoyed for Christmas or simply at tea time.
It is also ideal for fat-free cooking as it doesn't need to be greased or floured.

To wash your silicone and exoglass items, use a sweet sponge which is not abrasive or you will damage the silicone and then pour out washing-up liquid before to rinse with hot water.
You also can place silicone products such as flexible molds and exoglass items such as exoglass spatulas into a dishwasher for its cleaning.
What you should avoid : These products do not have to enter in contact with flames (BBQ, gaz stove...).
To not damage your products made in silicone and exoglass, do not ever use sharpening and abrasive ustensils.
