Shellfish utensils are essential for tasting seafood and shellfish dishes or to better enjoy the crustaceans of a paella ! First of all, the oyster fork. Equipped with three different tines, this technical object is very practical for tasting seafood. The middle prong,  which is slightly longer, allows you to sting your oyster, while the other two tines allow you to hold it thanks to their width. It should also be noted that the tine on the left is slightly sharp. This can be used as a small knife to slice the oyster's foot and make it easier to taste with a fork.

There is also the crustacean fork, sometimes called a "lobster spoon" or pick. Above all, it allows the meat to be removed in hard-to-reach areas such as crab or lobster claws. Equipped with two small pointed tine a little hooked and a long handle, the lobster curette makes it possible to extract elegantly the pieces of meat under the shell, the claws or the legs of crustaceans such as lobster or crab, without crushing them. The shellfish fork has an ergonomic handle, allowing a good grip during tasting !

Finally, the lobster shears allows you to break the most difficult parts to taste, especially the hardest parts of the lobster.

Kitchen scissors such as the kitchen knife or other professional knives are ineffective for this type of task, this cooking equipment, which can be used in professional kitchens, allows the lobster shell to be broken to reach the meat below and thus facilitate its consumption.
