The induction cookers are kitchenware compatible with the induction hob. Induction heating is achieved by an electromagnetic field. When inductors made of aluminum or copper (in the form of a coil) are placed under a glass-ceramic plate. Like a magnet, inductors attract heat in contact with your induction cooker. Today the induction hob is very popular because it has many advantages: comfort of use, safety, saving time!

Induction allows efficient expansion of heat evenly. 18/10 stainless steel has excellent thermo-conductivity which will save you time and give you a better control of your cooking.

Choose an induction cookware with a thick bottom and a smooth surface so that the heat is distributed well in the utensil and to avoid scratching or scratching the surface of your cooktop. Most are dishwasher safe.

The presence of the induction symbol (in the shape of a small spring) under your pot tells you if your cooking utensil is compatible with induction cooktop. Generally, all stainless steel pots as well as iron cookware are induction compatible. However aluminium cookware as well as cast aluminium does not have the same properties.
