This 13cm boning kitchen knife made in Nitrum stainless steel is part of the Riviera series by Arcos and is characterized by its intelligent design which provides to this knife an important comfort of use.

Indeed, Nitrum is a nitrogen enriched, eco-friendly stainless steel formula. The Riviera handle is designed to adapt to the contour of the hand and, combined with the colour of the metal with its contrasting black, it gives to this boning knife a nice appearance. Manufactured from forged stainless steel and polyoxymethylene (POM), this boning knife has a really beautiful finish, is detergent resistant and has a high tolerance to wear and tear as well as resistance to high and low temperatures (from -40 to +150°C).
